Aside from the tools and theoretical knowledge; crucial, is an open, challenging, willing and optimistic mindset. Without which, makes progress, transformation, or desired outcomes elusive, if not likely unsuccessful. Creativity alone is not innovation but creativity is needed for innovation. Innovation is also predominantly a practice. It requires a hands-on approach and is optimum with a broad range of inputs and wide perspectives. Innovation is a continuously iterative process that harnesses and leverages the power of ideas and vision to solve the greatest challenges we face as humanity.

Our practice focuses on combining tools from a variety of strategy planning, innovation and design practices with a sustainability lens - drawing on research and the ever growing body of ideas on from the field. We focus on emergence, below the horizon, not yet tapped by the critical mass or the mainstream. Balancing a perspective that is humananity centric, planet restorative and future visioned.

 

Many of the challenges we face today do not have a reference point, reliable model or precedent by which to benchmark against since these are unchartered territories in our history.
