Innovation has been a driver of her career at Columbia University, Weizmann Institute of Science, and then as a project leader development in a biotech startup, where she guided product development of novel biological gels for respiratory treatments, based on innovative platform technology. Later, as an EU Marie-Curie PhD fellow she was involved in cutting edge biophysical research using novel scientific techniques.

Her interdisciplinary background, analytical approach and international experience help to address business challenges and create meaningful change at every level.
Prior to co-founding The Inceptery, Anna worked at a boutique sustainability consultancy providing services in sustainability reporting, assurance and strategy. She is also actively engaged in community volunteering.
